Will a French drain fix my water problem?
It depends on the source of the water, soil, slope and where it can discharge. An on-site review comes before a recommendation.
Should drainage be addressed before landscaping?
It is usually helpful to discuss water movement before installing finished surfaces or a new lawn, so the work can be planned together.
Can you regrade a low area?
JP can assess grading as an option. Property boundaries, structures and available elevations affect what is practical.
